The spirit of confusion is designed to destroy lives, our relationships with God and man When God started creation, he has vision and a picture in his mind on how he wants the world to look like even in million years to come, he created man to have dominion i.e he did not create man for suffering but when sin came to the life of man suffering started and every man was left to make decision of the future for himself. God created every man for a purpose and he has planned the way each person should live. Psalm 25:12 “what man is he that feareth the Lord? He shall teach him in the way he shall choose.” God desires to make his plan and purpose known to man, but most people don’t have time to know the plan and purpose of God for them when a man is aligned or walking according to the plan and purpose of God for their life no spirit of confusion can come in. The so called Christian of nowadays don’t even have time to know the plan of God for their life, everybody wants a miracle, people sometimes even pray the wrong prayer, we no longer rely on the Holy Spirit to guide us and the word of God. We ask different questions in our hearts like how can I know the will of God?, Does God even answers pray, all this questions birth confusion in our heart and the only way for us to overcome spirit of confusion is not just by praying but by relying on the Holy Spirit and studying the word of God. Through this revelation, we will understand what God has for us. Sometimes even as born again Christian the spirit of the confusion comes into our life when our spirits do not line up with God’s Spirit. Today we shall be engaging in prayer points against falling into temptation. Temptations are real, and only a Christian can be tempted. Temptation is simply being pressed to do what you don’t want to do and not being able to do what you want to do. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.” From the above scriptures, we see that there is a force of sin in the flesh of every human, always trying to pull us into the opposite direction. Every human inherited sin from the Adam, therefore sin is in us by default. The solution to sin is the saving grace of Jesus Christ. He is the only one who is without sin, therefore when we believe in Him, His righteousness becomes our righteousness, His holiness becomes our holiness. Our faith in Christ is what gives us right standing with God. Having known this truth, one may ask, now that I am born again, how do I overcome temptations? The answer is simple, through prayers. Prayers is a show of absolute dependence on the finished work of Jesus Christ. When we pray, the Ho!y spirit empowers us to say no to sin. No man can overcome sin in the flesh, that is why we must always pray to God for the grace to walk like Christ. Matthew 6:13, Jesus when teaching His disciples how to pray added that they should pray not to be lead into temptations, but rather to be delivered from all evils. Every first born son is ordained to be a great tool in the hands of God. In the realm of the Spirit, the first always belongs to God. God always sanctifies the first, to make room for others to be blessed. Every first born child is ordained for greatness, first born children are marked by God to lead there siblings to there promise land. However, just as God has a great plan for first born sons, the devil also is after there destiny. Today we shall be engaging in delivernace prayers for first born sons. This article is going to be focusing primarily on the first male child of the family. The devil will always come after what God is interested in, this is why the life of many first born sons is in a terrible shape. The devil is out to destroy the destinies of the first born child. He knows that if he can conquer the head, he can conquer the rest. Every first born child must be violent in the spirit, if you as a first born child must make it in life, you must be connected to God and violently resist the devil violently. As you read this article today, God will open your eyes to see the reasons behind all your challenges and you shall overcome them all in Jesus Christ name. Spiritual Attack On First Born Sons Exodus 4:22 And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith the LORD, Israel is my son, even my firstborn: Exodus 4:23 And I say unto thee, Let my son go, that he may serve me: and if thou refuse to let him go, behold, I will slay thy son, even thy firstborn. The gates of hell, has a special agenda for all first born sons. The devil is working night and day to see that no first born child succeed. I want you to observe with me, have you wondered why many first born children don’t succeed in life? many of them struggle to make ends meet, the work like elephants but the feed like ants. This is the work of the forces of darkness. These demonic powers attacks the first born child and ensures that he never makes it in life. We are going to be looking at some biblical examples of first born children that was attacked by satan. 1. Cain: Cain was the First of his parents Adam and Eve, He had a younger brother called Abel. We all know the story of Cain and how he ended up. Cain killed his brother out of envy and he was cursed and banished forever, Genesis 4:9-16. But before then God called Cain when he was angry that his sacrifice was not accepted and warned him that the devil is around the corner to snatch him away, that he must resist the devil but he didn’t listen, Genesis 4:6-7. Cain missed it because of anger and envy, he let the devil rob him of his birth right. Many first born sons are like Cain today, the are not spiritually sensitive to know that the devil is after them. Even when they are warned by men of God to be spiritual and prayerful, they take it for granted and in the end the regret it. 2. Reuben: Reuben is the first son of Jacob, the one that was supposed to head the tribes of Isreal. But he lost it because of the sin of adultery. This is indeed an attack on his life by the devil. Reuben was not spiritually sensitive, therefore he allowed a little pleasure rub him of his birth right. Read what his father told him: Genesis 49:3 Reuben, thou art my firstborn, my might, and the beginning of my strength, the excellency of dignity, and the excellency of power: 49:4 Unstable as water, thou shalt not excel; because thou wentest up to thy father’s bed; then defiledst thou it: he went up to my couch. You see that? Reuben lost his place because he fell for the trap of the devil. The devil could have tempted any of the 12 sons of Jacob, but he chose Reuben, the first son. This is a clear indication that the devil has special interest on first born sons, and his primary target is for them to lose there place in destiny. 3. Esau: Even before esau was born, God has already rejected esau and chose Jacob. A lot of people may wonder, why will God reject a child even before the child is born? the answer is simple, God already knows the life of that child, He in His sovereignty already knows all the choices that esau will make in His life time, that is why he chose Jacob. To confirm this, we see that when the were both grown up Esau did not value spiritual things, His right as a first born was given to him by God, but he sold it for food he valued his belly more than his destiny, that is why he lost it. God saw his future and all the choices he will choose to make, that is why Jacob was picked. Many first born sons are like esau today,. the devil has blinded there eyes to the things that matters to their destiny in Life. They dont value the things of God, and the things that concerns there destiny, that is why most of them like esau lose their place. You shall not lose your place in Jesus Christ name. There are many other examples in the bible of first born sons, who lost there place because of the attack on their destinies from the pit of hell. The few i have just mentioned is just to open your eyes to the fact that if you are a first born son in your family, you need to be very prayerful and full of violent faith. Every first born child belongs to the Lord, that is why the devil is personally after the destinies of Gods firstborn Children. Jesus came to earth as God’s first born son, after he was revealed to the world, the devil tempted him in the wilderness. What was the purpose of the temptation? Its for Christ to lose His place, glory to God Jesus Christ overcame the devil. I see every first born son reading this overcome the devil in Jesus Christ name. How To Be Delivered As First Born Son We are going to be looking at 5 steps to take in order to be delivered from darkness as a first born child. 1. Be Born Again: John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Being born again is the first step to overcoming the devil asa first born son. When you are born again, you are born of God, and when you are born of God, you are an overcomer and has overcomed the world. 1 John 5:4. You cannot be a child of God and still remain a victim of the devil, as you as you acepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, you recieved authority over all devils. To master this authority, you must consult Gods manual, which is the bible. This takes us to number two. 2. Study The Word: 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. Every child of God must be a student of the word of God. The only food of your spirit man is the word of God. If you dont study the word of God daily, you can never grow to spiritual marturity. And it takes spiritual maturity to overcome the devil. The word of God is like a mirror, it shows you the picture of who you are in Christ. The word of God opens your eyes to see all what God has provided for us in His word, also the word of God also shows us how to defeat the devil and continue to defeat and destroy him. If you must succeed as a first born son, you must be a student of the word, and you must also put the word of God to work. 3. Be Aman Of Faith: Matthew 17:20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. To overcome the devil, you must be a man of faith. Faith is the only Force that can move mountains. When you are a man of faith, no devil can trap you in life. Faith is the force that we engage for our change of levels. Asa firstborn child, you must engage a violent and demanding faith, if you must see greatness in your life. 4. Be committed To God: Jeremiah 29:13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. As a First born son, you must be comitted to God. Serve God fully and completely, dont put one leg in the church and another leg in the world. Hold on to God and He will Fight your battles for you. Alot of christians claim to seek God, but there hearts are far from God, our God sees the heart, if your heart is far from Him, He will be far from you. You must pursue after God, seek to know Him personally, develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. You cant be connected to God and remain a victim of the devil. I encourage you to be an active Christian, join a volunteer group in your local church, and put in all your best as you serve God there. Also never miss church services, they more you hear the word of God, the closer you get to Him. 5. Be Prayerful: Matthew 18:18 Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
